Looking back through last years images, the photograph I liked the most, was one that was taken by a friend.
It is of me having a fabulous time, whilst making floral arrangements for an art exhibition . I look at this image , and It reminds me so much of the day when I was responsible for several very large floral designs in October 2022. Even though it really was quite a complex process, I truly had the best time, and was entirely happy in my work . I believe the image below portrays all of this, and that is why it is my favourite image from 2022.
I did take all the others though !

I very much hope these images go some way to provide an insight into why I find my gardening and floral art life fascinating.

I really enjoy following your blog Sally and love what you do with the cut flowers from your garden. Such beauty, thanks for sharing. I live in central Canada where the growing season is short and furious and often long for a Shropshire garden!

Dear Jan, I am so glad you are enjoying my blog, I thoroughly enjoying writing, and there is always something new that I can find to write about . I think this year , I will mainly concentrate on how I propagate all my cut flowers, and the first blog will all be about winter seed sowing. It will hopefully be posted within the next fortnight.
