A visit to Falmouth,confirmed without doubt that you cannot beat sharp Cornish light for a good plant image. Phormium tenax, Cortaderia, Gunnera manicata – all looked exquisite in their salt-laden growing conditions.
Back home light levels are somewhat lower, provided in the main by Christmas decorations. A Perfect day to stay in, keep warm and eat chocolate. Time to commence thinking about new year gardening projects . I am hoping they will be adventurous creative and fun. If I can achieve all three in one design – that will be fantastic.
I am also hoping for copious amounts of clear blue sky in 2015.
