During this incredibly wet week in Shropshire I have found beautiful berries, hips and leaves on my gardening travels.

Rose hips.
Full on wild weather, full on colour.

Cyclamen and Ginkho biloba

Acer palmatum and Asplenium

Acer campestre and cotoneaster berry

Summer stem and seed head of allium

Ginkgo leaves are the most pleasant of presents at this time of year and this photograph captures them beautifully. We have just posted a piece about a different kind of garden photography https://diggingfordirt.wordpress.com/2015/11/01/the-artist-gardener/ Hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed yours.

Thankyou so much. I will have a look at your piece. I took an image of Gunnera last week in one of the gardens I look after. Incredible seed head, especially on macro. I put it on my last blog “work”. Many thanks Sally
