Party fever has hit Linley Hall, both in the garden and greenhouse. We left a living carpet of vetch, clover and plantain on the main lawn, for a party on the weekend.. Mowing a frame on the lowest cut, leaving the lawn for a fortnightly mow. It looks perfect. The bees love it.
I recently held a greenhouse party, eight of us squished in amongst the tomatoes and peppers. I provided salad and cucumbers – fresh from the vine. Party on everyone, enjoy your summer evenings.
