Borders are looking particularly packed and full of the beginning of late Summer colour at the moment. Asters and Heleniums are just starting to nose their way in. I could hardly fit myself into weeding many of the borders in my care last week.
This fullness is exactly what I intended to achieve for everyone who I help as their gardener Maybe next year I will go for the large gap between plants approach – who knows ?
I do know I will carry on with the Sally Wicks approach to garden design, which is based on intention and planting from my heart.
